Kalvakuntla Kavitha Writes Open Letter to Father KCR

MLC and BRS leader Kalvakuntla Kavitha is grabbing headlines by writing an open letter to her father. There are strong rumours about Kavitha being sidelined in her father’s party. So does the letter prove the distance between father and daughter?

Well, even as political analysts and party cadre debate on it, let’s look at what Kavitha wrote to her father and BRS chief KCR. She started off by giving her observations regarding the silver jubilee meeting held in Warangal on April.27, 2025.

Kavitha said it would have been nice if senior leaders of the party spoke before KCR started his speech. She said that leaders who were with the party since 2001, were not given a chance to share their thoughts.

She alleged that BRS failed in attracting leaders and cadre who would create an impact with their talk or the ‘dhum dham’ leaders in her words. It would have been nice if you had hit out at BJP with full force, she wrote.

Many are saying, there will be a KCR-BJP alliance in future. I was subjected to great inconvenience by the BJP daddy, Kavitha wrote adding, you should have targeted the BJP head-on.

The Congress has spread the message that we stepped back from contesting in the recent MLC elections to support the BJP. Everyone expected you to list out specific programmes and guidelines to get back at the BJP, wrote Kavitha.

At least now, 1 to 2 plenaries must be held, said Kavitha concluding her letter, according to a story on BIG TV.
