Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s 14-day judicial remand is going to be completed by tomorrow. All eyes are on the verdict of the Andhra Pradesh High Court in Chandrababu Naidu’s Quash Petition. Telugu people across the globe are protesting against the illegal arrest.
Along with Andhra Pradesh, the protests are in other states like Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Odisha and in countries like the United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, and even in some African countries.
It is quite clear that Chandrababu Naidu and TDP are getting Public sympathy and this is likely to help the party in elections. The Janasena alliance also helped to build a perception in favor of Chandrababu Naidu.
Drunk on power, Jagan Mohan Reddy could not see this. And even Blue Media is trying to misguide him. They have been cooking stories that ‘Kamma’ people are behind these protests and Chandrababu has become a caste leader.
In the last few days, media and social media have been bombarded with photos and videos of such protests. Except for the cases, where MLAs and other public representatives are involved, we barely know any of these people.
But Blue Media is writing stories that the organizers of these agitations are belonging to a particular community.
It is as if they have face recognition software that scans people in these photos and videos and knows their caste.
hey even say even in the film industry, no one other than the celebrities of a particular community condemned CBN’s arrest.
Only a handful of people from the film industry responded to Chandrababu’s Arrest issue. Two ardent YSR Congress supporters – Natti Kumar and Vishal Reddy have condemned the arrest. Natti Kumar is a Kapu while Vishal is a Reddy.
Suresh Babu who is a Kamma clearly refused to respond saying that he wants the industry to be apolitical.
Blue Media satisfies its ego and the ego of those in power and their support by portraying Chandrababu as a Kamma. It is for the good of TDP that they are keeping themselves in the dark satisfying themselves by saying that only Kammas are agitated and they do not worry as the community will anyway vote for TDP.
Blue Media thrives on rumor-mongering and propaganda. They do not need facts because their propaganda dies when facts are revealed.
