BRS working president KTR has given out details from his side, based on which he claims a Rs 10,000 crore fraud has taken place with regards to Kancha Gachibowli lands.
KTR has given various interviews to media and also addressed a press meet on Friday regarding the matter. KTR said that the BJP must undertake an investigation immediately on the matter.

He said he personally believed that the Prime Minister and Union Finance Minister did not know of the scam, but added that the lower level BJP MPs were involved in the matter.
However, if the BJP is fair, it must conduct an inquiry at the earliest, said KTR. He said if not CBI, CBC or ED or SFIO can start an investigation as it involves money.

The role of the CM, how the ICICI bank gave the loan and how the broker managed the whole process needs to be investigated. How can a loan of Rs 10,000 be given without stepping into the land and checking who the owner is, questioned KTR.
During question hour Revanth Reddy government said that next they will auction HMDA land parcel worth Rs 60,000 crore. So, we will fight this and make sure an inquiry is launched at the earliest so that more scams don’t happen, said KTR.

The brokers Beacon Trusteeship and Trust Advisors will also mediate HMDA land. Hence I request the union finance minister to blackmark Beacon Trusteeship and Trust Advisors immediately.
All financial activities of these two organisations must be suspended as they have committed a massive fraud, said the BRS working president.
The Rs 10,000 crore is public money and I am writing to RBI Governor, Serious Fraud Investigation Agency and I am also writing to SEBI and CBI to intervene. The ED can also intervene as it’s a financial fraud. If the BJP is serious about its allegations of corruption against Congress, it must look into this matter, said KTR speaking to national media.
