The other day, Alla Rama Krishna Reddy resigned as an MLA and also to the party. Alla is someone who hogged the limelight even in the opposition. He is said to be close even to the YS family. He emerged as a Giant Killer by defeating Nara Lokesh.

He hoped to become a Minister but everything changed after the YSR Congress came to power and his political career had a sad ending.

Here is the list of things why people believe Alla deserves the humiliation he is getting.

Alla Ramakrishna Reddy personally harassed Chandrababu Naidu by filing cases in the High Court and the Supreme Court for Jagan while he was in the opposition.

In order to trouble the TDP government, cases were also filed in the courts regarding Agrigold properties, Sadavarti lands, and other matters.

After the YSR Congress came to power, RK filed a complaint against Chandrababu to AP CID regarding assignment lands and inner ring road in Amaravati.

He filed a PIL that Chandrababu’s name should be included in the vote for note case in Telangana and the case should be transferred from Telangana ACB to CBI.

Any MLA would not only welcome any development in his constituency but also fully cooperate. Alla Ramakrishna Reddy, however, prevented the development of the capital in his constituency.

He tried to file cases in various courts including the Green Tribunal to ensure that the then government should not move forward in the matter of capital works.

Alla worked for Jagan despite the farmers of the capital complaining.

When YSR Congress came to power and made it clear that Amaravati is not the capital, he did not oppose the decision and encouraged paid agitations in favor of three capitals.

He also continued filing cases against Chandrababu alleging wrongdoings in the capital. The cases proved nothing but delayed the capital and later killed it in the new Government. He also filed a PIL in the Supreme Court against the allotment of space for the TDP central office in Mangalagiri.
