On February 17, KCR celebrated his birthday. He was showered with wishes. But one wish stood out amidst all the celebrations. And that was from Kavitha who once claimed KCR was her God.
‘Gaurava udyama nayakulu, gaurava peddalu Sri Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Reddy gariki janmadina subhakankshalu’ – Kavitha’s post read on X. From an affectionate and warm Happy Birthday daddy to this drab and formal wish, Kavitha has indeed come a long way, say Telangana citizens.
In her political career, Kavitha won just once in 2014 as an MP from Nizamabad and is still trying to figure out her political future. She aspires to be a CM and has talked openly about it.
But Kavitha is behaving like a spoilt brat, say Telangana political analysts. When opposition comes from home, it gives the biggest pain. When Kavitha was put in jail due to her alleged involvement in the Delhi liquor scam, her father and her party stood by her.
After coming out of jail, Kavitha turned against the same party where she started her political journey. She started making comments against BRS leaders forcing her father to suspend her. Disciplinary action is common in parties. Instead of supporting her father after he lost power, Kavitha created a scene by shedding tears in public and accusing bad treatment in the party.
Now, she talks of becoming CM. More importantly, she is trying to project the image of an independent woman. Telangana citizens feel that Kavitha must show gratitude to her father for her privileged background.
