Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao is coming up with an English Daily, Telangana Today. The back ground work of the Newspaper is happening at brisk pace and it is likely to begin operations in the next couple of month. K Srini Reddy who previously worked with The Hindu will be headily the daily’s management.

Srini Reddy is currently in hunt for the best of editorial and reporting candidates for the Newspaper. Rumours are rife that they have successfully emptied a Big Newspaper office by offering big fat pay cheques for their employees. Telangana Today is to be positioned as the ‘Voice of Telangana’ and would be launched in all major cities of the state in the first phase.
KCR already holds major stake in Telangana Publications which already published Namasthe Telangana which is one of the popular Newspaper in the newest state of the country. KCR also has interests in a company called Telangana Broadcasting which runs T-News. KCR is making sure that his voice and his party voice is audible through all this media.
