Telangana elections are set to be wrapped up on the 3rd of December as the counting is scheduled to be held on this day. With the counting virtually hours away, the cabinet ministers have been called for a meeting by the current CM, KCR.
Amid the exit polls hungama, where everyone has picked Congress as the favorite to win the elections in Telangana, KCR calling for a cabinet meeting has caught the attention.
Moreover, the cabinet meeting is scheduled for 4 December, a day after the counting. Notably, the ministers and the party cadre were down and under following the exit polls which predicted Congress win. Now, KCR appears to be attempting to rejuvenate the cabinet ministers and troops by calling for the cabinet meeting on 4 December.
There are important topics like Rythu Bandhu implementation and the Nagarjuna Sagar issue (regarding AP government blocking a channel here) that are to be discussed by the cabinet.
On the flipside, if BRS fails to retain power, then KCR and his team of ministers have to resign in this very cabinet meeting.
