KCR Missing? Revanth’s Bombshell Stuns BRS

KCR absence sparks Telangana political debate

Of late, BRS chief KCR has been MIA from any public appearances. He did not appear in his Erravelli baithaks and neither was he at Telangana Bhavan. Absolute silence from the leader.

He hasn’t spoken about the Musi Rejuvenation Project or the state government grabbing lands in the name of development.

Now, CM Revanth Reddy has a theory about KCR that has become the topic of conversation in Telangana political circles. Revanth Reddy alleged that KCR was under house arrest. No, not by the government, but KCR’s own party.

Not stopping there, Revanth Reddy said that presence of KCR is necessary as only when Ravan is there will people know the value of Ram. So Revanth Reddy compared himself to Ram.

Both comments haven’t gone down well with KCR supporters as Revanth Reddy’s comments send wrong signals about the BRS party dynamics.

Meanwhile, the political analysts say that Revanth Reddy is being smart and turning the tables on BRS as the opposition party is questioning him on various issues.

Be it Ponguleti’s issue or Musi Rejuvenation Project, HILT, etc, the BRS is fighting aggressively in the Assembly too. Revanth Reddy wants BRS to enter defensive mode, so that they will be forced to “show” KCR to the world and go slow on him.
