Andhra Pradesh government despite being friendly with the center, could not receive any assistance from the center despite all the alliance with BJP and the Reorganization act. In fact the center is also not adhering to the promises made to the state during the bifurcation and is getting creative in evading the help.

Recently the center has clarified that it will only help to the tune of 2500 crore for the capital construction. While the mega project is being offered such meager help, Telangana government is expecting a whopping 5000 Crore central assistance for its ambitious Mission Kakatiya scheme.
This is a sensational expectation given the fact Center is not at all cooperating Andhra Pradesh. Telangana government however is hopeful because Niti Aayog had recommended Central assistance to this scheme, praising its motive.
