Kiran Kumar Reddy once again wrote a letter to the President of India seeking 3 weeks extension for the discussion of Telangana Bill. In the letter, he stated that the people’s representatives from Telangana are not letting the house to function. He also requested the President to make it clear that if the bill is final or a draft. He requested the final bill to be placed for discussion.
This is the second instance KKR writing a letter to President seeking an extension. Last time one week extension was given. Seema Andhra MLAs are planning to delay sending the bill to the center as much as possible so that the government will not have time to place it in Parliament. On Monday, for the first time in the history of Andhra Pradesh Assembly, the ministers (from Telangana region) themselves stalled the proceedings of Assembly.
