Legal Action Against Blue Media

An article published by Deccan Chronicle with the headline “Andhra Pradesh Govt. Does a U-turn on Vizag Steel Plant Privatisation” stirred quite a bit of confusion and panic.

Nara Lokesh posted on social media, calling this fake news planted by the “blue media” Deccan Chronicle.

He also condemned the attack on the Deccan Chronicle display board at their Vizag office. Lokesh requested party leaders and karyakarthas to maintain composure and not let their emotions drive their actions.

Mathukumilli Bharat, Vizag MP, also spoke sensibly, calling it fake news with a political agenda.

We wish to bring to everybody’s notice that the Deccan Chronicle article titled “Andhra Pradesh govt. does a U-turn on Vizag Steel Plant privatisation” is pure paid fiction carried out at the behest of YSR Congress Party to create unrest and destroy the brand image of Visakhapatnam.

No stone will be unturned by the NDA Govt to ensure VSP regains its former glory. We have promised and we will deliver. I request people of AP to not believe these fake news’ created by Blue Media who wish to see our State destroyed.
