Ahead of the crucial GHMC elections, politics are all going around settlers. While the ruling party is keen to erase the pre-bifurcation memories in which they have hurled abuses on settlers, opposition parties on the other side are keen on re-opening old wounds.

TDP which is last in line in the election campaign, started it with its National Party Secretary, Lokesh. He hit to Twitter and posted, “Two faced TRS proves it again. One that cries foul at settlers for votes, another that sympathizes them, again for votes. #HyderabadBarbaad”.
TRS, MIM and Congress are gearing up to release the first list of its candidates before Sankranthi. However TDP and BJP will release their first list only after 15th of this month. They will begin with the list of non-controversial seats. And the last list will be out only a day before the nominations so as to avoid rebels.
