Media Buzz: Another MLA Staying Away From YCP

Alla Ramakrishna Reddy YCPThe YSRCP government is already rattled by the fact that the likes of Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy, Anam Ramnaryana Reddy, Undavalli Sridevi, and Mekapati Chandra Sekhar Reddy have distanced from the party.

Now, in the latest development, another YCP MLA is staying away from YCP. The said MLA is Alla Ramakrishna Reddy, who is a giant killer for YCP as he won against Nara Lokesh in Mangalagiri in 2019.

Alla even irked the TDP government while YCP was in opposition by filing cases and fighting hard legal battles. Before the 2019 election, Jagan even announced that Alla will be made a minister if he defeats Lokesh.

But after the election, the scene changed completely for Alla. He wasn’t given the ministry. And on top, there are media reports that he might not even get Mangalagiri MLA ticket in next election. And also, Alla apparently feels he is having no prominence in party despite defeating Lokesh.

This was clearly show to the public eye as Alla skipped an all-important meeting chaired by Jagan in the build up for 2024 elections. Despite staying just 2 KMs away from camp office, Alla skipped the meeting, and more so without any prior intimation.

All this have led to a strong media buzz that Alla Ramakrishna Reddy has moved away from YSRCP.
