Everyone thought all is well in Pitapuram after Chandrababu Naidu pacified TDP incharge SVSN Varma and convinced him to support Pawan Kalyan.
But then, all of a sudden, Varma came before the media and said a few Janasena cadre came from Kakinada and attacked the TDP cadre of Pitapuram and they were wearing masks.
He warned that such attacks will not be tolerated on the TDP cadre even if they are supporting Pawan Kalyan.
He also added that the TDP cadre will not join Janasena but will support Pawan Kalyan with TDP flags only.
In the concluding remarks of his statement, Varma once again reiterated that he and the TDP cadre will work for Pawan Kalyan’s victory and ensure that not even a single vote is lost.
While Varma said they would ensure not even a single vote is lost, TV9 ran scrolling that Varma said he would ensure not even a single vote is cast to Pawan Kalyan.
Supporters of Janasena and TDP exposed TV9 with screenshots of the scrolling and the actual remarks of Varma with video proof.
They say TV9 is trying to show more loyalty to Jagan than Sakshi these days.
Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan is all set to tour Pitapuram for the first time after the announcement. He will go there next week and sit with the local leaders right from the village level. He will also meet the local leaders of the Telugu Desam Party.
