YSRCP leader Jagan Mohan Reddy reached Nellore on Thursday. Immediately, after landing, Jagan went to central jail and met Kakani Govardhan Reddy.
The police allowed only 3 people for the mulakhat. After that, Jagan set out to go to Nellore leader Nallapureddy Prasannakumar Reddy‘s house.
Meanwhile, Prasannakumar Reddy sat in dharna in front of R&D guesthouse. He said the police were not allowing cadre to meet Jagan. Though there were strict guidelines by the police, YSRCP leaders mobilized masses. Large crowds could be seen at Vedayapalem, current office center and government hospital.
YSRCP cadre violated rules in the past at Anantapur, Palnadu and Chittoor. Hence, the police were on alert this time. SP incharge for Jagan’s tour made it clear that 10 people were allowed near Jagan’s helicopter, 3 at mulakhat and 100 people at Prasannakumar Reddy’s house.
However, the YSRCP leaders tried to mobilize crowds. But the police were alert and stopped them. They took action on those trying to violate guidelines.
