But Telangana is burning like furnace day and night. Labourers are evading the works of Mission Kakatiya and National Rural employment guarantee program owing to the scorching heat. Experts say the heat wave will continue for at least a week or so.
The day temperatures will further go up as Rohini Karti is nearing. More than the sunny weather, dry hot winds are taking heavy toll on people. Doctors are advising to drink lots of water and electrolytes to protect themselves from the heat.
