Telangana Congress got a fillip after the sensational victory of Congress in Karnataka. The internal squabbles in the leaders messed up further for Telangana BJP.
But then, Congress spilled it with own hands with Revanth Reddy’s slip of tongue about Free Power. That statement may have changed the party’s Political Strategist as well.
Until recently, Sunil Kanugolu was working for Telangana Congress but Revanth was upset that he could not contain the damage over Free Power issue. Revanth is planning to replace him with Former IAS Sashikanth Senthil.
Senthil along with Sunil worked in Karnataka elections. He has successfully executed the ‘40% Commission Sarkara’ campaign that dethroned BJP. He is likely to head the Telangana Congress War Room.
There are some surveys after Karnataka elections suggesting Congress is in the second place in Telangana but still far enough from coming to power.
