In a latest development, industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad got no relief in the Telangana High Court in connection with Jagan’s illegal assets case. The court refused to remove his name from the Vanpic charge sheet and dismissed his petition to quash the charges.

However, the Telangana High Court allowed him to file a discharge petition in the CBI court.

The above verdict is in light of the presumption of the hearings on the discharge petitions in Jagan’s illegal assets cases.

Several individuals, including YS Jagan, Vijaya Sai Reddy, Ayodhya Ramireddy, Mopidevi Venkataramana, Dharmana Prasada Rao, Sabita Indra Reddy, J. Geetha Reddy, Nimmagadda Prasad, Nimmagadda Prakash, P. Sarath Chandra Reddy, P. Pratap Reddy, Puneeth Dalmiya, Jitendra Veervani, Nithyananda Reddy, and PV Ramprasad Reddy, have sought removal from the case.

Additionally, the discharge petitions of Srilakshmi, M. Samuel, BP Acharya, G. Venkatramireddy, Manmohan Singh, V. D. Rajagopal, and S. N. Mohanty are still pending in the court.

With YS Jagan losing power in Andhra Pradesh, he can not continue to avoid visiting the court for hearings on his cases. Thus, he and his associates cannot escape law in the coming days.
