Exactly one year ago on this day, the Electorate of Andhra Pradesh delivered an exemplary verdict reducing YSR Congress from 151 seats to just eleven in the State Assembly.

It was a Unique Scenario of Voters‘ Brilliance.
There was a Tyrannical Rule in Andhra Pradesh between 2019 and 2024. The Jagan Government would ruthlessly supress any form of dissent.

We have seen leaders getting arrested on Friday midnights so that the courts do not hear the Bail plea until Monday.
Bulldozers would begin action in the Early Hours of Saturdays for the same reason.

The Opposition even feared to contest the local elections. Any TDP Supporter on Streets with the Yellow Flags would be humiliated.
Even Chandrababu Naidu, one of the Tallest Leaders in the country was jailed and his wife who was completely away from Politics was insulted.
Jagan Mohan Reddy thought everything is under control and people are happy with the money deposited in their accounts.
People were Terrorized. People were silent. People were observing. People were waiting for time. But they spoke when it mattered.
People were so terrorized with Jagan‘s rule that nothing really mattered to them. It was just the ‘anti-Jagan Wave‘ that swept away Andhra Pradesh.
People cast a charm on Jagan. They pushed the entire YSR Congress into an illusion that another victory is guaranteed. Jagan and his men were talking nothing less than 175 and defeating Chandrababu Naidu in Kuppam.
They were insulting Nara Lokesh and Pawan Kalyan swearing that they would not allow both the leaders to touch Assembly Gate.
Even after the Voting, they would not risk talking about their choice. That means even the pollsters with Highest Success Rate like AARAA Masthan were horribly wrong.
The ‘Eleven‘ Blow struck Jagan Mohan Reddy really hard. We have seen him almost in tears during that 6PM Presser on the Results Day.
June 4th 2024 should be a Red Letter Day of Indian Democracy. It is the day that has demonstrated that People‘s Wisdom is far superior and that could not be brought with Freebies.
The Poorest of the Poor maybe struggling to make both ends meet but they would not entertain anarchism. They would not allow leaders to take them for Granted.
It was a Lesson for all Political Parties and not just for YSR Congress.
