Devender (19), a young man working as an office boy in Telangana Minister Prashanth Reddy’s camp office, committed suicide.
He hanged himself in a room in the minister’s office in Velpur, Nizamabad district.
When the locals came to know about this, they rushed him to the hospital and he died on the way. On receiving the information, the police reached the hospital and examined the dead body.
The suicide happening right in the Minister’s office has become a sensation in the area.
Armoor ACP spoke to the media about this incident. The preliminary investigation revealed that the deceased youth was intimate with a woman. The youth said that he had sent her a message that he was dying before committing suicide.
“It will be fully investigated,” the ACP assured. It has been registered as a suspicious death.
