Over the last day or two, YSRCP supporters and Jagan’s mouthpiece media tried to push a story about Heritage Foods being fined ₹1 lakh in Haryana for low-content fat curd. Their social media wing aggressively circulated it, trying to make it look like a big scandal.
But the timing and intent are very clear.
This old Haryana incident was suddenly picked up and published in the Telugu newspaper Sakshi mainly to counter the ongoing Laddu controversy. As usual, Jagan’s blue media did what it always does, drag Chandrababu Naidu’s name into anything and everything. Whether the issue is related to Telugu states or not, whether it has any relevance or not, does not seem to matter to them.
For this ecosystem, any opportunity is good enough as long as they can attack Chandrababu.
Meanwhile, Heritage Foods has officially responded to this issue. The company released a clarification, calling the reports misleading and said the matter is being misrepresented to create unnecessary confusion.
They clearly stated that the news being spread does not reflect the full facts and urged people not to fall for such selective and politically motivated narratives.
Once again, this looks less like journalism and more like a desperate attempt to divert attention.
