In the 2019 election, JSP president Pawan Kalyan faced disappointing results in Bhimavaram and Kakinada. Reportedly he will contest in two seats this time also. Bhimavaram could be one of the two constituencies that Pawan will pick in 2024 as well.
Today, Jagan, who is touring Bhimavaram on an official program has confirmed the candidate who will be contesting against Pawan if he decides to contest from here in 2024.
“There is a cinema hero(Pawan Kalyan) who contested here and lost. He is saying he will come here again. If this cinema hero comes to Bhimavaram again, I have a real-life hero in Grandhi Srinivas who will take on him. Srinu will win here again and teach that cinema hero a lesson.” Jagan said as he confirmed Grandhi Srinivas will contest Bhimavaram again.
But on Pawan’s side, he hasn’t yet confirmed if he will contest Bhimavaram. JSP sources are naming Kakinada, Tirupati, Bhimavaram, and other constituencies as the options for Pawan Kalyan.
