The state government has allocated approximately ₹27 crore for the construction of this prestigious administrative complex.

Designed to serve as the main nerve center for the state’s forest department, the facility will streamline conservation strategies, track wildlife data, and coordinate regional anti-poaching operations from a centralized location near the capital area.

The ceremony was attended by senior forest officials, environmental conservationists, and local representatives. During the event, officials briefed the Deputy Chief Minister on the architectural blueprint and the timeline for completion.

The location in the Brahmanandapuram forest zone was carefully chosen to keep administrative operations closely integrated with actual woodland territory.

This project signals a major push by the government to modernize infrastructure for forest protection.

By moving core administrative operations to a specialized, well-equipped facility, the department aims to implement advanced technology for monitoring forest cover, responding to wildland emergencies, and ensuring ecological balance across Andhra Pradesh.
