Pawan Kalyan announcing a candidate in Tanuku a strong seat of TDP and him deciding to attend the NDA’s partners meeting created doubts if all is well between Janasena and TDP.
Pawan Kalyan’s stance on alliances is extremely unstable and is creating doubts in the minds of the cadres of both the parties. This indecisiveness is also helping the Ruling Party big time.
From Ichhapuram to Kuppam, YSR Congress is suffering from internal squabbles between the leaders. Even Senior leaders like Pilli Subash Chandrabose, Balineni Srinivas Reddy, etc are not comfortable in the party.
There were reports of many disgruntled leaders joining TDP or Janasena but then all of them have kept their plans on hold due to the confusion created by Pawan Kalyan.
They feel YSR Congress may get benefitted if there is a three-way contest leading to a split in the anti-government vote. Even for those intending to join Janasena in the seats likely to be allotted to the party, the leaders are not sure of joining if it is only Janasena + BJP.
The leaders will want to wait some more time and then take a decision reassessing all the pros and cons. With the joinings on hold, its like Pawan Kalyan has done a big favor to Jagan Mohan Reddy.
