Lasting Legacy in the Making: Pawan Kalyan’s Pushkaralu Vision

Pawan Kalyan reviews Pushkaralu works

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan directed state officials to expedite all developmental works for the upcoming Godavari Pushkaralu on a war footing. Reviewing the ongoing arrangements, he instructed the authorities to transform all designated pushkar panchayats using the success of the ‘Munikudali model’ as a benchmark.

To ensure seamless infrastructure, cleanliness, and facilities for the millions of devotees expected to attend, the government sanctioned development projects worth ₹7 crore across these identified regional hubs.

Emphasizing quality and time-bound execution, Pawan Kalyan highlighted that the Munikudali initiative stands as an ideal template for rural infrastructure enhancement during major religious congregations.

He urged the administration and local authorities to coordinate effectively, ensuring that modern amenities, proper sanitation, and smooth transport routes are readied well before the festival begins. The initiative aims not only to cater to the immediate rush of pilgrims during the Pushkaralu but also to leave behind lasting, high-quality infrastructure for the local panchayats.
