Chakradhar, the founder of the Farmers First Foundation, claimed that his charity work and financial help for farmers created problems with Harish Rao. He accused Harish Rao’s associates of filing false cases against him, threatening him, and spying on him illegally.

He said that the popularity he got through charitable works and social services led to a rivalry with Harish Rao. As a result, multiple false cases have been registered against him at Ghatkesar and Central Crime Station (CCS), Hyderabad.
