Non Bailable Warrant on Legendary South Actor

Prakash Raj faces voting rights case

It is already on that judicial system has been taking electoral fraud as an extremely sensible matter and issuing hard verdicts. Now it is the turn of legendary South actor Prakash Raj to face the consequences.

Earlier in 2019, a case was filed against Prakash Raja saying that he illicitly held voting rights in three different states, including Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana.

This is against the principle that was said by the election commission where it was mandated that a person can hold a voting right in only one single state.

Considering that Prakash was clearly against the regulation, a case was filed against this matter at a Bengaluru court. The court happened to issue someone’s to Prakash Raj multiple times, but he didn’t appear for investigation even since.

The court got serious on this matter today and issued a non bailable warrant against the veteran actor. He is going to face the consequences for this and we shall see if he would be actually facing jail time for the same.

The actor is facing a very peculiar situation with regard to the ongoing set of circumstances with his ongoing fight against the incumbent BJP government.
