Prashant Kishor Decides Bihar Outcome?

Prashant Kishor Bihar election remarks

Jan Suraaj chief Prashant Kishor has become increasingly vocal ahead of the Bihar elections. Interestingly, instead of focusing on his own party’s performance, he has been commenting on other parties and alliances taking shape in the state.

He recently said that earlier elections were held in phases so that Narendra Modi could campaign before each round to boost voter turnout. According to him, the BJP is not using that strategy anymore as Modi’s presence no longer guarantees votes, especially in Bihar.

Prashant Kishor also declared that he would quit politics if the JDU wins more than 25 seats in the upcoming Assembly elections. This statement has sparked a wave of sarcastic posts online, with many Trollers suggesting he is preparing to leave politics early, predicting that his own party Jan Suraaj will not win even five seats.

Political analysts in Bihar believe Kishor’s statements indirectly favour the Mahaghatbandhan, which includes the Congress, Communist parties, and RJD led by Tejaswi Yadav. However, no party has yet projected a Chief Ministerial candidate for him to evaluate.

Although Prashant Kishor may not be a leading contender, his background as a strategist still holds weight. As a Bihari who has shaped major election campaigns in the past, his opinions can influence a section of voters — and sometimes, a few votes decide the outcome between defeat and victory.
