Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy has been taken every public friendly approach since the start of his tenure. Now he has provided a big solution to a significant problem regarding the land registration in Telangana.
As per the latest decision made by the Telangana Government, properties falling under 22A can be registered if they have valid approvals from GHMC, DTCP or HMDA.
Revanth Reddy Government has clarified that the orders will come into effect immediately. This decision is expected to provide major relief to lakhs of property owners and buyers who have been facing difficulties with 22A land registrations.
22A land issue has been a major point of concern and controversy in Telangana in recent times and this new decision is a significant relief for thousands of families and property owners across the state.
Earlier, these lands that were notified under 22A were not applicable for sales, which resulted in a huge problem. Subsequently, the entire real estate market took a beating as people were unable to transact these lands.
Following CM Revanth Reddy’s assurance in the Assembly, properties under 22A with valid permissions can now proceed for registration, while district-level committees will examine individual cases on their records, approvals and legal status.
