
Telangana CM Revanth Reddy inaugurated the much talked about HYDRAA police station. He then flagged off the new vehicles the government bought for HYDRAA.
The CM allocated more than 80 vehicles for HYDRAA. These include 55 Scorpios, 21 DRF trucks, 4 Innova Hycross cars, troop carrier vans along with some bikes.

The police station is near Buddha Bhavan. The police station will handle issues related to HYDRAA. It’s main agenda is to protect lakes, public buildings, ponds, parks and take action against encroachments.
HYDRAA commissioner Ranganath, mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi were among the officials present. The CM was shown around and the commissioner explained how various departments will help people.

The police station is spread across 10,500 sq ft. It will have 1 ACP, 6 inspectors, 12 sub-inspectors and 30 constables. On the occasion, the CM said that HYDRAA police stations will be set up across the state in all districts to tackle land-related crimes.
HYDRAA police station was launched to stop illegal occupation of valuable lands. The objective is to initiate legal action, quicker response and improve transparency in land administration.
