Earlier this year, Telangana CM Revanth Reddy announced the construction of the fourth city near Hyderabad. This new city is now being called the “AI City”. According to the latest reports, the foundation for the construction of the AI City will be laid on December 8.
The Congress government is celebrating one year of its governance by holding “Praja Palana Vijayaostavalu” from December 1 to December 9 across the state. As a part of these celebrations, the foundation of the AI City will be laid.

Various major companies have already come forward to invest in this new city. World Trade Centre (WTC) has made a deal to construct its office in an area of 10 lakh square feet.
The government is aiming to construct this city with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, promoting centres of excellence for cybersecurity, quantum computing, and data analytics.

Additionally, various world-class campuses, business services, universities, hotels, entertainment zones, residential complexes, and healthcare centres will be constructed in the city.
Along with the foundation of the AI City, the government will also launch 7 AI projects, 130 new Mee Seva services, and lay the foundation for the Young India Sports University on December 8.
