A look down the Facebook timeline of Rohit Vemula, the student of Hyderabad Central University who hanged himself, reveal the effect of hate politics on students. In 2011, he posted he just joined the University and is looking to make friends. Some time after that he posted an inspiration quote of Swami Vivekananda. From then the effect of the student politics is so hard on him, he bashed Swamy Vivekananda left and right.

He completed his one year PhD (Science Technology and Societal Studies) coursework in June 2015. However he could not pursue his research further, after getting involved in the student politics. He was named in three ongoing investigations, one conducted by the Gachibowli police, and two by the university authorities, based on a complaint about assaulting other student from a rival group.
We could clearly see in a leaked video how Rohit Vemula was at a center of argument where he says he hates Hindutva and his organization (ASA) taught him to f**k anything related to Hindutva. He along with ASA, staged a protest in the campus against Terrorist Yakub Menon taking a vow that they will make sure every house produce one Yakub Menon. Its high time governments weed out student politics from campuses.
