With investments worth Rs 20,250 crore and nearly one lakh jobs, Sri City has emerged as a key growth driver for Andhra Pradesh. It continues to lead the state’s investment and employment momentum.
During 2025, Rs 11,750 crore was committed at the CII Partnership Summit held in November. An additional Rs 8,500 crore was secured through 23 separate MoUs.
In total, 43 MoUs were signed in 2025, highlighting sustained investor confidence. These investments are expected to generate close to one lakh jobs across manufacturing and allied sectors.
Sri City Integrated Business City is located in Tirupati district, close to the Tamil Nadu border. It is widely regarded as one of India’s most dynamic manufacturing and investment destinations.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has acknowledged Sri City’s role in strengthening Andhra Pradesh as a manufacturing hub. His endorsement further boosted the project’s national profile.
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu described Sri City as the best industrial hub in the country. He praised its integrated infrastructure, policy support, and investor-friendly ecosystem.
Adding to the state’s industrial push, IT Minister Nara Lokesh inaugurated a major manufacturing project of LG Electronics in Sri City.
This development further strengthens Andhra Pradesh’s drive towards industrial growth. Officials believe Sri City will continue to play a central role in attracting investments and generating employment.
