The audio launch venue of ‘Rudramadevi’ was like an ocean of people in Warangal and to keep the enthusiasm of the audiences at bay and make them to maintain silence is like an impossible task, which the organisers faced throughout the event. Whenever a speaker came on stage to say something, the whistles and shoutings from audience interrupted the ongoings big way.
But Deputy CM of Telangana nailed the audience behaviour with his sweet speech, taking the noise of the audiences as a mark of their enthusiasm and thrill to watch ‘Rudramadevi’ (Anushka) in flesh and blood alive before them. He rightly observed that when Anushka is present, who would like to listen to political speeches or to well literary speeches of personalities like Sirivennela Seetharama Shastry.
His speech left the audiences and the people present on the stage in splits and his presence of mind by making his speech very simple and his understanding that the event isn’t political but a cinema event where the guests can’t expect the audiences to contain their excitement. His mention of Allu Arjun and his anticipation how the excitement would be when Allu Arjun arrives on stage is also sensible.
