Sakshi Journalist Kommineni Srinivasa Rao was released from the Vijayawada District Jail last night after getting a Conditional Bail.
Kommineni was A2 in the case of Abusive comments made against Amaravati Women on Live TV.

The comments of Journalist Krishnam Raju that Amaravati is not the Capital of Gods but the Capital of Sex Workers caused a stir across the state.
Neither Jagan nor Sakshi apologized for those comments made on their show, but only distanced themselves from the Responsibility.

Sakshi started airing a disclaimer before every Debate, claiming no responsibility for the comments made by the Guests on the Shows.
This seems to be a precautionary measure for all future shows.

This also means Sakshi is trying to evade responsibility for controlling its Guests from making obnoxious comments.
It is only concerned to saving its management and employers from legal issues.
The Problem in this entire issue is that it is not a secret that these kinds of statements reflect the mindset of YSR Congress and are in line with the leadership’s opinion towards Amaravati.
We have seen how the agitating Amaravati women were ill-treated for protesting against the three capitals.
Sakshi has all options to edit those objectionable portions from going on air, as the Live is a couple of minutes delayed. But they chose not to do that. They did not even bother to edit them from YouTube.
Kommineni, who would not allow callers to speak a second objectionable word if it went against the management, waited until the Journalist completed all of his controversial comments and only formally condemned them.
Kommineni may escape legally, but this incident exposed how morally bankrupt Sakshi and the Senior Journalist are, the netizens are commenting.
