Dissatisfaction is growing within the Telangana BJP, with senior leaders expressing anger towards MLA Etela Rajender, who serves as the chairman of the party’s inclusion committee. It is reported that Rajender is not adhering to the party’s rules and has been traveling to Delhi while the party president is present in the state, allegedly leaking posts.
In response to the news that Etala Rajender may be appointed as the Campaign Committee Chairman, several senior leaders held a special meeting at the residence of former MP Jitender Reddy. Attendees included former MPs Konda Vishveshwar Reddy, Boora Narsaiyagoud, Vijayashanti, Vivek, and others.
During the meeting, the leaders reminded Rajender of his promise to the BJP High Command that he would bring 20 to 30 people into the party, which they claimed he had failed to fulfill. Some leaders in the meeting emphasized that there would be no change in the BJP state president, as the national leadership had already clarified this matter.
It is also mentioned that leaders addressed the false propaganda being spread by BRS and Congress regarding the change of president during the election, and they called for strong measures to counteract this misinformation. Prior to Amit Shah’s visit, BJP leaders expressed the opinion that such confusion was not beneficial for the party’s future.
