Since yesterday, Telangana politics have been heating up beyond measure. First, it was the altercation at Telangana Assembly involving KTR and Harish Rao, along with other BRS MLAs which resulted in a wild fallout.
This was substantiated further when the Congress leadership decided to protest at the official residence of KCR, for failing to hold his duties as an MLA.
On that note, we have the latest development in involving Congress MLA Shankar Veerlapalli. He has done something gracious by saying that he is praying for the death of KCR.
“Yes, I am praying for the death of KCR as he is a bad influence in Telangana. I really wish he dies soon so that Telangana can develop further.” The controversial Congress MLA from Shadnagar Assembly constituency publicly commented today.
This is a highly objectionable comment from an MLA associated with the ruling party as such activities will bring nothing but nativity to the entire party. Him having political rivalry with KCR or any other MLA is perfectly understandable, but publicly speaking about the death of the other individual is not to be tolerated.
Whatever political narrative that the ruling party and CM Revanth Reddy are looking to set in Telangana can be largely ridiculed with such wildly exaggerated statements from these MLAs.
