
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy used to be one of the key leaders in the Telugu Desam Party in the past. However, as years passed by, Revanth Reddy joined Congress and now became the Chief Minister of Telangana.
On the other side, Chandrababu Naidu won the 2024 elections in Andhra Pradesh and became the Chief Minister of the state once again.

Earlier today, Revanth Reddy attended the 24th anniversary of Nandamuri Balakrishna-owned Basavatarakam Indo-American Cancer Hospital as a chief guest.
Speaking at the event, Revanth Reddy said he has to now work harder to compete with Chandrababu Naidu in terms of welfare and development.

“A sportsman’s real talent will be known when there is a strong opponent on the other side. Earlier, I thought that working 12 hours a day would be enough,” said Revanth.
“But now, I and my team need to work 18 hours a day because Chandrababu Naidu garu works 18 hours every day,” he added.

Revanth Reddy felt happy to get a chance to compete with Chandrababu Naidu and he hoped that both Telugu states would prosper in development and welfare in the coming days.
CM Revanth also lauded the services of the Basavatarakam Hospital. He said that the hospital was set up in 1988 to serve poor people without expecting anything from them.
He said that he also resolved a few permission issues for the hospital by discussing with the cabinet when it came to his notice.
The event also witnessed the presence of the hospital’s Managing Trustee Balakrishna, former MP Nama Nageshwara Rao, Dr Nori Dattatreyudu and Vizag MP Bharat.
