Telangana ACB DG AK Khan refuted the claims of Phone tapping by ACB and requested not to indulge ACB in political wars. While declaring himself and his organization as apolitical, Mr.Khan still left several questions unanswered about ACB’s credibility. We will leave aside the credibility of the operations, authencity of audio tapes and legal procedures followed in this operation but will ask some layman questions.

1. How did Revanth Reddy’s Sting Operation video leaked to media? How did KCR owned T-News got it first?
2. Is there any investigation in to how the ACB directed sting operation video leaked?
3. Even if we consider the video leak as accidental. How ACB could not avert the leak of Chandrababu’s phone tape?
4. Again how did T-News run from TRS Bhavan manage to get the audio tape first?
5. The second leak comes after all the evidences were submitted to the court. How did the evidences in court got leaked?
6. When law is taking its own course, why is ACB officials constantly having closed door meeting with Telangana CM on a daily basis?
7. Did ACB book a case on T-News for illegally accessing ACB?
8. With all the evidences available to the government and its media houses, why should not one believe they can be tampered according to political whims and fancies?
