The Chief Minister did not even care to respond to their concerns until now. He is treating them like they do not exist. On the other side, Andhra Pradesh Government in a surprise move added eight more villages to the CRDA. With these, the total number of villages has reached 37.

Harishchandrapuram, Vaddamanu, Pedaparimi, Atmakuru, Navuluru, Bethapudi, Yerrabalem and Chinnakakani are the villages that are added. Three of these villages come under Thadikonda constituency and the others from Mangalagiri constituency.

Political Experts say that this may be a move to send a signal to the farmers that the Government has some plans for Amaravati.
