A National News Channel published a story about Chandrababu Naidu going to Delhi to seal the alliance with the BJP. The Report says BJP is going to give six MP seats to Chandrababu.
The tweet went viral as other party supporters are mocking TDP saying that this is the plight of TDP.
But then, what has happened is different!
The story has a phone conversation with a local journalist who clearly says the story is based on the Tweet by Congress leader, Manickam Tagore.
Firstly making a story based on a Congress leader’s tweet in this issue itself is wrong.
They did not do the story and committed a blunder.
“I am told Babu will give 6 Loksabha seats to BJP in AP. The deal will be done soon,” the tweet says.
While the story says ‘BJP will give six seats to Naidu’.
TDP is the major partner in the alliance. It is obviously TDP who should be giving the seats. The Channel may not have the minimum common sense or it is ignorant about the politics of the South.
There is also a possibility that the report was sent out with malicious intent.
