In the span of one week, TDP is greeted with two massive poll victories in Nandhyal and Kakinada. These are just no victories but wins with massive majorities. Needless to say, the party’s rank and the file will be delighted. TDP Ministers like Amarnath Reddy, Somireddy, Ayyannapatrudu, and others are busy giving back to ruly YSRCP Leaders like Roja and Jagan.

But then, Political Experts say that TDP now needs a humble pie and put their heads down to consolidate their positions. Politics are often dynamic and can always change with one incident. Jagan’s abusive comments in Nandhyal changed the total face of the elections and there can not be a better example.
TDP is surviving on the Positive Vote of Chandrababu and it is crystal clear that the performance of many MLAs is not up to the mark. They need to correct in this one and half year and at the same time, decimate YSR Congress politically.
Talking in the same language as Roja can backfire. People should not get the feeling that it is the same everywhere which will only get acceptance for such language. And then, there is the challenge before Chandrababu to balance his time between Governance and Party Affairs as Assembly Elections are fast approaching.
