The meeting of Telangana Judicial Officers JAC with the Chief Justice of India in Delhi seem to have ended the deadlock hampering the entire judicial system of the state. The JAC aired all their demands and objections over the appointment of Andhra native officers and judges in Hyderabad high court.

They also demanded immediate separation of high court between both the Telugu states. The Chief Justice asked the JAC to withdraw their agitation immediately as it is likely to send wrong signals to the people over the judicial system. Given Chief Justice’s assurance, the agitation is likely to be withdrawn.
On the other side, the center had called for a meeting of the Chief Ministers of both the Telugu State over the bifurcation of the high court. The meeting date will be confirmed in the next two days. According to Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act, Hyderabad High court will be the high court of both the Telugu states until Andhra Pradesh has got a new one.
