Three rosy investments flown in to Andhra Pradesh  in CII Summit!Andhra Pradesh government had entered in to MOUs with various companies in the ongoing CII Partnership Summit. The MOUs are worth 1.95 Lakh Crore are signed in the first day itself and the state targets 7 Lakh Crore in the three days event. Here are the three big investments flown in to AP in CII Summit:

1. Queensland Coal Corporation has proposed to set up a 5,280Mw thermal power project at an investment of Rs 31,680 Crore. This project will come up in Krishna district and will create employment opportunities for 2500 people.

2. Reliance Defence signs MoU to set up naval shipbuilding facility in Rambilli by investing Rs 5000 crore. Plans are on to build submarines and aircraft carriers as well as to provide services including maintenance and refitting of ships at the facility. It will be located 70 km south of Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh.

3. Rs.1200 cr Automotive parts facility at Nellore, Manufacturing facility for aerospace spare parts at Anantapur by Bharat Forge. It will employ 3,000-odd people directly. The land for these units has been finalized too.
