Out of these 11, seven are TTD employees. GMs, senior assistants and junior assistants who worked in the procurement department between 2019 and 2024 are included in the list.
Former GMs Jagadeeswara Reddy and Muralikrishna, along with SV Goushala ex director Harnathareddy, are also named. With this update, the total number of accused reaches 35, and 10 of them are already arrested.
SIT recently questioned former TTD chairman YV Subbareddy at his residence in Hyderabad. Until now, most arrests involve dairy owners connected to the case.
The adulterated ghee issue in Tirumala laddoos shocked devotees across the world. Tirumala is one of the most sacred places for Hindus, and many struggled to accept the idea of laddoo tampering.
