Singapore government previously stated that it will not participate in the bidding for the Master developer of the state capital. But the government there seem to have a change of mind now and wrote a letter to the state government that four government organizations are interested in the Master developer of the seed capital.

Andhra Pradesh government already floated a publication calling for the Master Developer of the Seed Capital through Swiss Challenge system. Singapore government in its letter wrote to the government that it will submit the detailed project report very soon. The state government is expecting the Master developer to invest 6000 Crore per year up to 15 years in infrastructure works in the Seed Capital.
The Master developer need to invest funds by itself or pool in from overseas development agencies. According to the early estimates the Seed Capital will come up in 3705 acres. In the first phase, drinking water, Power, highways, Metro Rail, Rapid Rail and Parks will be developed along with the construction of important government buildings.
