In a shocking turn of events, the USA was rattled by one potential active shooter incident at Oklahoma University and one at South Carolina Beach.
The police and SWAT team came to action at Oklahoma University following a possible active shooter situation inside the campus.
The security troops swept the University premises and lifted the emergency situation warning shortly after that, after concluding there was no immediate threat. No casualties or shootings were reported, luckily enough.
And coming to the situation at South Carolina beach, hundreds were seen fleeing the beach following a mass shooting, where 6 people were shot.
Authorities say that several people suspects have been arrested on weapons charges following the incident on the Isle of Palms, near Charleston.
The six victims are being treated at the hospital and the injuries they suffered are non-life threatening. The situation has been bought under control. Multiple suspects have been arrested on weapons charges.
