Tadikonda MLA Undavalli Sridevi became famous for her passionate speech in the Andhra Pradesh assembly. She praised YS Jagan extensively during her speech, expressing that her heart beats for ‘Jagan.. Jagan..’ rather than the usual ‘lub-dub’. She delivered this speech in response to YS Jagan’s government’s decision to establish three capitals in the state.
It’s worth noting that the issue faced by the other three suspended YSRCP MLAs differs from that of Undavalli Sridevi’s. She secured victory in the Tadikonda constituency through the support of farmers who had sacrificed their land for Amaravati.
Recently, Sridevi shared the stage with Nara Lokesh, who undertook a padayatra that reached Tadikonda. During the event, Sridevi admitted to having deceived the farmers who had given up their land for the capital project, alongside YS Jagan. She also expressed the hardships she faced due to her actions.
Sridevi criticized the YSRCP government for neglecting the welfare of the capital’s farmers and confidently predicted that the people of the state would soon be liberated from what she described as a tyrannical rule.
After being suspended from the YSRCP due to allegations of cross-voting in MLC elections, Sridevi visited Amaravati. She sought support and protection from TDP President CBN and subsequently made a joint appearance with Lokesh on the stage.
