Vallabhaneni Vamsi, who had attacked the TDP office with his cadre during the YSRCP rule, is now facing the fallout of his past actions. He spent 137 days in jail in multiple cases and was recently released on bail citing health reasons.
However, fresh developments suggest Vallabhaneni Vamsi has gone into hiding again. This has triggered intense discussion in political circles and media, with questions being raised about his next move and possible arrest.
A new case has been registered against Vamsi at the Machavaram police station for an alleged attempt to murder a person named Sunil. The incident reportedly took place in June, 2024, according to police sources.
It is alleged that Vallabhaneni Vamsi provoked his followers to attack Sunil. After the case was filed, he reportedly went absconding fearing arrest. His plea for anticipatory bail in this case has also been rejected by the court.
With no relief from the court, Vamsi is said to be in hiding once again while police are tracking him. Vamsi’s mobile is also switched off, further heightening the suspense. He is already wanted in several cases, including kidnap, illegal mining, SC, ST atrocity cases, and the attack on the TDP office when TDP was in opposition.
