Vijaya Shanti and TRS Supremo K Chandra Sekhar Rao are the only representatives of that party in Parliament for a long time. On several occasions, Vijaya Shanti called KCR as her brother and KCR called her ‘Chellemma’. But in recent times, things are not well between them. Vijaya Shanti quit TRS party and is eyeing Congress. But the former actress remained silent for several days. She finally broke the silence and hurled allegations on KCR for planning to derailing of her political career and annexing all her oppurtunities.
It is said that Congress Party is planning to field Vijaya Shanthi against KCR in Medak Parliament. Vijaya Shanthi is sitting MP from Medak and differences arose between her and KCR when the later started eyeing Medak for next elections. Congress Party is desperating looking a merger or alliance with TRS, in case they are not possible, they will be pitting Vijaya Shanti against KCR in Medak.
